Monruminth is a brilliant rainbow-covered blue.
He has a finned crest on his head and neck, as well as a finned tail.
He has a set of smaller hindwings.
All of his membranes are completely rainbow.
In fact, the only part of his body not shaded in some way in rainbows are the two horns on the back of his head.

Personality:

A stubborn personality, 'Rumi can and will butt heads with those who oppose him. He enjoys a good debate, so long as he is able to prove his point in the end. He's fairly talkative, but unfortunately he doesn't have very good listening skills.
